Against Sri Lanka
"That's my scoring shot. In coming matches too, I will play the same shot. Sometimes you get out, sometimes you score runs. Almost every time, I score runs with the cut shot. Sometimes you play that shot and you get away with that, sometimes you get out," He said.

Indian Premier League (IPL) - Delhi Dare Devils
Sehwag also mentioned that the Delhi crowd would be missed by him and his team during the IPL 2009. "We will miss Delhi crowd in South Africa but hopefully, there will be sufficient support for us in South Africa," he said.
Sehwag said the gangling fast bowler was among the players he listed but decided not to bid for him because the franchisee would not have got other top players the team wanted.
"We wanted Ishant but the team budget forced us to decide against going for him. His bid price had soared up. We have to spend a lot more on the icon player [Sehwag himself] and had we bid for him and we would not have got some other big stars," Sehwag said.
"I would not call it [not getting Ishant] a loss but it would have been great if he was in our team. I am happy that he was taken by Kolkata on a big sum," the dashing batsman said
About Virender Sehwag
Asked to open the innings in Tests on the tour of England in 2002, Sehwag proved an instant hit, cracking an 80 and a 100 in the first two matches. Regularly thereafter, he kept conjuring pivotal innings at the top of the order, none as significant as India's first 300 (which he bought up, characteristically, with a six), at Multan against Pakistan in early 2004
Sehwag bowls effective, loopy offspin, and is a reliable catcher in the slips. He also once almost split the cricket world: when he was banned for a match by the ICC referee Mike Denness on grounds of excessive appealing, the Indian board wasn't prepared to listen, and even played an unofficial Test with South Africa to prove a point. When a compromise was finally reached, Sehwag was back to his merry ways.
